  • What are your salon's hours?

    Tuesday 10 AM - 6 PM

  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 1473 Richmond Avenue between Applebee’s and Chilis.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    To book an appointment visit our homepage and click the “Schedule an appointment” button featured on the top. This will redirect you to our booking website, Phorest.com. You can also call us at 929-542-8190.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Cash and most major credit cards including Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. Gratuity is cash only.

  • How do I prepare for my appointment?

    To ensure the best experience for you and your waves/curls, we ask that you come with your hair

    -Washed

    -Dried

    -Fully detangled

    -With little to no product in

    -Please no buns, ponytails, braids, or manipulations to your curls

  • What if I am late to my appointment?

    We have a 15 minute grace period on all appointments to ensure you can make it in time for your appointment.

  • Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

    Yes, we do. It is a 50% charge of service if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours.

  • How do I choose the right treatments and products for my hair?

    The most accurate advice we can give about hair products is during your hair service. Once we see, feel, and style your curls we’ll have a clear understanding of porosity, moisture levels, and how your curls work. Then we can create a custom routine for you.

  • Can I book extra services while I am at the salon?

    Absolutely, please ask! We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your services in advance.

  • Will my card be charged when booking my appointment?

    No, a card is only needed to reserve your spot however no charges will be made.

  • Will I be notified before my appointment?

    Yes, you will! A confirmation text or email will be sent within 48 hours before the appointment.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, we have a private lot in the back of our building- free of charge & a public lot with 35,000 parking spots.
